You can book through www.valthorens.com, searching regarding your criterias : only accommodation or combined with other services such as skipasses , Carré Neige ski insurance, wellness packages, night evening in a typical mountain restaurant or private transfers.

·         How can I read the general sales and cancellation conditions ?
 
At any time you will see on our website www.valthorens.com   the following link at the bottom of each page : just click on it !
 
·         How can I pay my stay  ?
 
1/ When I have made the booking , read and accepted the general sales conditions, I will be transferred to the online secure payment system.
2/When I have my booking option if I have booked over the phone, I have access to  the on line payment through www.valthorens.com/ home page/ on the top hand ride side I will see your ‘ order statement’ : you just have to enter your booking number and surname to pay the deposit or even the balance.
 
·          Is the online payment with credit card secure ?
 
Val Thorens Reservation website is strictly confidential and secure.
The web site is equipped with SSL protocol and new authentification control norms regarding the payment by credit card such as «  Verified by Visa » and « MasterCard secure code » in order to protect the fraudulous use of your credit card.
 
·         When do I have to pay ?
 
First of all, I have to pay 30 % of the total amount as a deposit, and the I will settle the 70 % balance of my stay one month prior to arrival.
I have to pay the whole amount if I book less than 30 days prior to the arrival .
 
·         What is the last deadline to book on www.valthorens .com ?
I can book my stay through www.valthorens.com until 2 days prior to the arrival. I can also book over the phone. Val Thorens Réservation Team is able to answer every day at the following  number +33 479000106.
·         Why do I have to choose the cancellation – interruption insurance ?
If I book the cancellation insurance i can travel in a serenity atmosphere and I will be covered in case of :
-          ­  serious disease,  injury or death.Serious disease or injury is to be understood as any alteration of the health or any body injury preventing the Insured from leaving his home or the hospital .
-           Fire, explosion, theft, water damage or natural event (resulting in significant damages at the Insured’s home and occurring prior to his departure or during the stay)  requiring his presence on the site of the event or at his second home or company.
-          As a result of changes in the Insured’s holiday dates by the Insured’s employer.
-          Prevention from taking possession of the rented property as a result of the dismissal or work  transfer of the Insured ( provided the date of the event is after the reservation date).
You will be able to see all the cancellation guarantees in the general sales and cancellation conditions.
·         What kind of document do I get after the booking ?
1/The booking contract will be sent by e-mail after validation of the payment on the online secure payment. In case of payment failure, please contact us at the following number +33 479000106.
2/The voucher will be sent to you by e-mail after having paid the balance. You will find on the document the name of the accommodation, the phone number of the real estate agency, the residence or the hotel , the place where you have to go to pick up the keys from 5pm on the arrival day. It is compulsory to have it on arrival.
·         What kind of other services can I book with the accommodation ?
I can book in advance with Val Thorens Réservation :

-          The skipass les «  3 Vallées »
-          The Carré Neige ski insurance
-          The sport center wellness packages
-          The night evening in a mountain restaurant
-          The Group ski or snowboard lessons
-          The private tranfers from the nearest airports or railway stations
·         When will I get the other services I have booked ( Skipasses, Carré Neige ski  insurance, group ski lessons, wellness packages ) ?
Any service booked with the acommodation will be given to you at the check in with the keys.
·         How can I reach my «  order statement » on the website ?
I have to go to www.valthorens.com, on the home page on the top right hand side, I click on my «  order statement » with my dossier number and my surname (in blockletters) to check  my booking.
·         Where do I have to go to pick up the keys ?
I have to go to the real estate agency, the residence or the hotel from 5pm where I will show my voucher.
·         When do I have to leave my accommodation ?
I have to leave my apartment or my hotel room before 10am on the departure day.
·         If I am late on arrival, what can I do ?
I have to inform the accommodation owner by phone the day of the arrival at the phone number stipulated on the voucher.
·         How can I see where my accommodation and other services are located in the resort ?
I can use the interactive resort map on www.valthorens.com.
·         What do I have to do if I can not open the pop up window ?
The security of your computer can block the pop up window enclosed file and prevent you from reaching your order statement. I have to authorize momentarily the opening of the enclosed file to reach the « order statement ».

·         My payment failed : what can I do ?
